Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you charge per client account or per lead?
No. ONYX369 pricing is flat monthly — no per-client, per-seat, or per-lead fees. Your plan covers the number of active client accounts listed, with unlimited contacts, leads, and content generation within each account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees, and you retain access to export your data for 30 days after cancellation.
